1. Order Modifications:
Once an order is shipped, no changes or additions to items can be made. Please review your cart before completing your purchase. If you order has not been shipped yet, you may add items to your order.
2. Address Information:
Ensure accurate and clear address details are provided during the order process to facilitate smooth delivery, as no address changes can be made.
3. Fulfillment Timelines:
Our normal fulfillment time is within 2-3 working days. During sales, the fulfilment could take up to 3-7 working days. Your patience is appreciated as we work diligently to fulfill each order.
4. Delivery Timelines:
Once orders have been fulfilled, the delivery timeline is in the hands of the courier service. As this is a high-volume time period, delivery delays can be expected. Please contact the courier company directly if you have delivery queries.
Please note: Should you be located in an outlying or rural area, shipping may in some cases take up to and additional 5 working days to reach you.
5. Collection of Orders
If, after three (3) months from the collection email notification, the customer has not collected their order, Apella Skin is authorized to sell or dispose of the goods. In this scenario, Apella Skin will not be held responsible for the products not received by the client.

7. Shipping Method:
It's crucial to double-check the selected shipping method before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be accommodated once the order is placed.
8. Return Policy for Orders:
Once skin care products have been received, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to the potential risk of contamination.
9. Refunds for Orders:
Orders that require refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the order. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted if said order was eligible for free shipping.
The original shipping cost (from Apella Skin to you) will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund, even if you initially qualified for free shipping.
